The MK 24 is one of the assault rifles in Battlefield 6 that is almost impossible to ignore in multiplayer. As of October 16, it ranks first in the weapon tier list, holds an S-tier rating, and is used in 17.5 percent of loadouts. It is unlocked via Season 5 “Audacious Breach.” We show you which attachments are truly effective and which build is suitable for which distance.
What is the best loadout for the MK 24 in multiplayer?
The loadout with the highest stats is the versatile build: 100 loadout points and a rating of 5.51. It covers all distances, making it the safest choice if you are trying the weapon for the first time.
- Muzzle: Light Suppressor
- Barrel: 18″ GBR
- Underbarrel: Slim Angled
- Magazine: 30-Round Magazine
- Ammunition: Hollow Points
- Optic: RO-M 1.75x
The 1.75x magnification optic is a compromise between close-quarters visibility and range. Whether you keep it is a matter of taste; the other five slots form the core of the build.
Which attachments does the MK 24 need for long range?
For longer engagements, the curated long-range loadout uses the same base but swaps the underbarrel. It comes in at 100 points and a rating of 4.99.
- Muzzle: Light Suppressor
- Barrel: 18″ GBR
- Underbarrel: 6H64 Vertical
- Magazine: 30-Round Magazine
- Ammunition: Hollow Points
No optic is specified here, so you have a free slot for a sight of your choice.
How do I build the MK 24 for close quarters?
For tight spaces, the close-range build uses a shorter barrel. It comes in at 95 points and a rating of 4.75.
- Muzzle: Long Suppressor
- Barrel: 14.5″ Factory
- Underbarrel: Slim Angled
- Magazine: 30-Round Magazine

How strong is the MK 24 in the meta?
Two figures illustrate the weapon's standing: From 0 to 10 meters, the time to kill is 284 milliseconds, and between 10 and 40 meters, it is 376 milliseconds. The difference is 92 milliseconds, meaning the weapon noticeably loses speed with distance but remains respectable up to 40 meters. The multiplayer data source does not provide further values, so we deliberately omit control and precision.
It is striking how similar the builds are: all five community loadouts we examined feature the 18″ GBR as the barrel. Only the close-quarters build uses the shorter 14.5″ Factory. Our assessment: those who primarily fight in confined buildings can experiment with the shorter barrel; for everyone else, the versatile build serves as a good starting point. With a season change, balance and maps often shift, such as when Season 5 Phase 2 brings the Casino Map and the Casino Heist event on November 10. Our Map Guide for Vegas Strip and Area 51 explains where to best use the weapon afterward. The data is from October 16, so check the values in-game before making any extensive changes.
