GTA 6: Cyberleek Threatens to Leak Entire Game – Demands Disc Release and Apology from Rockstar

Important note: These are announcements and alleged leaks from an individual, which have NOT yet been officially confirmed by Rockstar or Take-Two.

GTA leaker Cyberleek ups the ante: Following the gameplay scenes of recent weeks, he announced his intention to release the complete GTA 6, including its story mode, online – but only under certain conditions. We've broken down the details of his announcement for you.

What exactly has Cyberleek announced?

On his own website, Cyberleek writes that a version with a complete story mode will appear once his eponymous cryptocurrency reaches a market capitalization of 30 million. He states this refers to a playthrough up to the credits. If anyone doesn't believe in a full story mode, they should simply say what they want to see – and it will be provided.

It remains unclear whether it will ultimately be just a gameplay video or truly a playable build. The phrasing allows for both interpretations. Our report on the first threat already showed how vague Cyberleek remains with the details.

What does the leaker demand from Rockstar and Take-Two?

  • A release of GTA 6 on physical media (disc).
  • A public apology from publisher Take-Two.
  • He expects the community to drive up the value of his cryptocurrency.

If Rockstar meets the demands, Cyberleek claims he would refrain from the release. He frames it as if this is Take-Two's only way out – or that they're hoping he's bluffing.

How is the community reacting?

The response has been distinctly skeptical. Comments cited by GameStar refer to it as a pure crypto scam, solely aimed at making money. Others prefer to wait for the official version or point out that GTA 6 is already slated for release on November 19, 2026.

What does this mean for you as a player?

From our perspective, caution is advised. Cyberleek directly links his leaks to the value of his own token – this is a clear financial self-interest. Furthermore, there's no proof that he possesses a current release build; it's more likely an older development version that has little to do with the finished game. If you want to avoid spoilers, you should filter your social media feeds and forums accordingly in the coming weeks. You should steer clear of dubious download links and crypto calls related to GTA 6. Rockstar or Take-Two have not yet issued a statement regarding the demands.

And a disc version virtually overnight? Practically unfeasible so close to release. Cyberleek likely knows this.
