GTA 6: Burger Shot Comes to Miami Heat Arena

Rockstar is bringing Vice City to Miami. Now, even a fast-food classic from the GTA series is becoming real: Burger Shot is appearing at the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat. Important note: This is based on fan photos circulating on X. There is no official confirmation from Rockstar yet.

According to IGN, the images come from the accounts @GTAVI_Countdown and @nvtnp_. They show that the arena has renamed its burger restaurant to “Burger Shot with Macca & Friends.” Additionally, Vice City posters are hanging in the building, fitting the marketing campaign for GTA 6.

Will There Soon Be Real Heartstoppers at the Kaseya Center?

That remains to be seen. It's unclear if the menu will even be based on the game. In GTA, Burger Shot satirizes chains like McDonald’s and Burger King by selling extremely unhealthy food. The most famous example is “The Heartstopper” with seven stacked patties.

IGN considers it more likely that everything is purely decorative. So, a nice gag, nothing more. Whether you can actually order a game-inspired burger there remains to be seen.

What Else is Rockstar Planning in Miami?

Burger Shot is just one piece of the puzzle. According to IGN, Rockstar has been making big moves in recent weeks:

• On November 18, a Heat home game will take place with a Vice City theme. The team will get new jerseys and play on a GTA 6 court.
• A neon sign with the inscription “Welcome to Vice City” hangs on the Kaseya Center. It reportedly cost 975,000 US dollars.
• Fans have spotted GTA-branded sports cars in Miami, some with camera crews. This suggests a live-action advertisement.
• According to a leak, Rockstar plans to sell beer brands from GTA 6 in bars in Miami. It's unclear whether they will also be available outside of Florida.

When is GTA 6 Releasing?

Not much longer. GTA 6 is set to release on November 19, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version is rumored to follow early next year, though this is not official.

From our perspective, Burger Shot fits perfectly into Rockstar's strategy. The brand has been a part of the GTA world for years, and every fan knows it. Instead of just running ads, Rockstar is turning Miami into a stage. Burgers, jerseys, and neon signs contribute to the city feeling like Vice City just before release. Whether it will be more than just decoration will hopefully become clear soon.
