This is an informational translation of the German version, which is the legally binding version under German/EU law (GDPR).

2. Hosting

This website runs on our own, self-managed server, rented from IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. For technical reasons, server log files are automatically collected when the site is accessed (e.g. truncated/anonymized IP address, time of access, page requested, browser used). This data is processed exclusively for the technical delivery, stability and security of the site and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

3. Cookies

This website uses exactly one technically necessary cookie (sg_lang), which stores your language choice (German/English) when you actively switch via the language switcher in the menu. It is only set when you make that choice, serves purely functional purposes, and is not used for analytics or marketing. As a strictly necessary cookie, no separate consent is required under § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. No analytics or marketing cookies are currently in use.

4. Newsletter

The newsletter form on this site is currently a placeholder and is not yet connected to a sending service. No sign-up data is currently collected or stored. Once a real newsletter service is set up, this policy will be updated with the provider, legal basis (consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and double opt-in procedure.

5. Social media links

This website links to our profiles on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Clicking these links takes you away from our site; the respective provider's privacy policy applies. No automatic data transfer occurs through mere linking (no active embedding of social plugins).

6. Fonts

This page embeds fonts (Anton, Inter, IBM Plex Mono) locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font provider, so no data is transmitted to third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
