The wait is over: The long-rumored Fortnite x Persona 5 crossover has been officially confirmed and launches today, September 25, 2026, in the Item Shop. Joker and Ann Takamaki, also known as Panther, are joining the island as Phantom Thieves, with Morgana included as a sidekick, sprite, and even a vehicle. When Does the Fortnite x Persona 5 Crossover Launch?
The shop reset with the new skins is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026, at 5 PM PT or 8 PM ET. For players in Germany, this means that due to the time difference, the bundle won't truly appear until Saturday morning, around 2 AM CEST on September 26th. So, if you check the Fortnite Item Shop on Friday evening here, you'll still have to wait a few more hours.
What's Included in the Persona 5 Bundle?
Joker comes fully equipped: An outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, Emote, Wrap, Kicks, Guitar, and even a dedicated emoji are included. Ann Takamaki, aka Panther, receives two distinct looks: her school uniform and the Phantom Thief outfit, along with a Back Bling, Pickaxe, Emote, Microphone, and Wrap. On top of that, Morgana is available as a sidekick, a sprite companion, and even as a dedicated vehicle skin. Epic Games has not yet communicated official prices at launch; however, bundles like this typically cost several thousand V-Bucks for the complete package. It's best to check the shop directly once it goes live in your timezone.
Fortnite has already seen several major anime and game crossovers, from Dragon Ball to Naruto and Jujutsu Kaisen. Persona 5 Royal thus joins a long list of pop culture guests that Epic Games regularly brings to the island to attract new fans and keep existing players engaged. For Persona fans, this appearance should still be a special highlight, as the series is considered one of the most popular JRPGs of recent years.
