One of the best stealth titles of the last 15 years is currently available for a steal: Dishonored by Arkane Studios is currently 75% off on Steam. Instead of €9.99, you'll only pay €2.49 for the action-adventure set in the grim city of Dunwall, which boasts a Metacritic score of 91.
Is Dishonored Worth It at This Price?
The regular price of €9.99 drops to €2.49 – a saving of €7.50, or 75 percent. With a Metacritic score of 91, Dishonored is among the highest-rated games currently on sale. For under three Euros, you're getting a game that has consistently received top marks from critics – a value for money that's hard to find.
What Does Dishonored Offer?
Dishonored casts you as Corvo Attano, a disgraced bodyguard, navigating the plague-ridden city of Dunwall, infused with whale-oil technology and equipped with supernatural abilities like teleportation and time manipulation. Each mission can be tackled in multiple ways: silently through shadows and vents, engaging in open combat, or a mix of both. The level design harks back to classics like Thief, offering alternative routes and opportunities around almost every corner. However, those who kill indiscriminately will face more numerous and tougher enemies – the game rewards player restraint without forcing it. Additionally, there's a dark, fantastical world rife with social tensions between nobility and the underclass, conveyed through environmental details and side characters rather than simply being told to you. For fans of immersive sims, stealth action, and rich world-building, Dishonored at this price is a must-buy.
